A bench made of travertine and wood was designed according to drawings by BABAYANTS ARCHITECTS for the ARCH Moscow 2023 exhibition, in collaboration with partners Five Stone Bureau and Studio 89|55, to showcase the concept and possibilities of working with natural materials and exploring their characteristics.

The bench was positioned on the pedestal in front of a «rock» constructed from travertine, which increased the captivating effect of the natural material
Here the stone has an unusual treatment radius. The typically harsh material takes on a soft, tactile, and elegant appearance.
